pyfli.solver#

Provide solver tools for PyFLI least-squares, maximum-likelihood, CPU, GPU, binned, and global FLI fitting routines.

This module belongs to pyfli.solver and is part of PyFLI least-squares, maximum- likelihood, CPU, GPU, binned, and global FLI fitting routines. The module primarily re- exports package symbols or constants for downstream imports.

Modules

base_fitter

Implement the shared least-squares FLI fitter used by CPU, GPU, and model-comparison workflows.

base_static

Provide static initial-guess, bounds, convolution, and parameter-resolution helpers for solvers.

binned_fitter

Bin image cubes spatially and fit the binned FLI data.

comparison

Compare least-squares and maximum-likelihood fitters across selected pixels and datasets.

cpu_processor

Process FLI image cubes on CPU with parallel pixel-level fitting.

forward_model

Evaluate exponential decay kernels and convolved NumPy forward models.

global_fitter

Fit cluster-level super-pixels and stitch global FLI fit results back into image maps.

gpu_processor

Fit FLI image cubes with Torch-based GPU optimization and optional CRLB estimates.

mle_fitter

Extend the base fitter with Poisson and chi-square maximum-likelihood estimators.

shared_metrics

Centralize tau ordering, lifetime summaries, FRET efficiency, and fit-quality metrics.
